Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them).
• Your creations: the ideas you write, the designs generated for you, and any photos, logos, or artwork you attach.
• Orders: what you bought, and the shipping address and contact details you give at checkout. Card numbers go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers.
• Usage: first-party analytics about how the app is used (pages, design events, device type). No third-party ad trackers.

Your photos, especially of people

Photos you attach are used for exactly one purpose: generating and printing the designs you ask for. To do that, they are processed by our design technology providers as part of fulfilling your request, and stored with your design so you can keep editing it. We don't use your photos to train AI models, build profiles, or for marketing. Photos of children may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian. Email us anytime to have a photo or design deleted.

Who processes data for us

Like every modern shop, we rely on a few service providers, each receiving only what their job requires: payment processing (your card details go to them directly, never to us), printing and shipping (they receive your design and shipping address), design technology, and hosting and storage. Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. We never sell personal data to anyone. If you'd like to know which providers handle your data, write to us and we'll tell you.

Cookies

We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember your work in progress. No advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Email us to get a copy of your data.
• Email us to delete your account, designs, or uploaded photos.
• Order history connected to payments is kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
